1. Introduction

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Process

4.2 Minimum Deposit

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the bgo33 platform are supplied by licensed third-party software providers. 7. Prohibited Conduct

Breach of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one bgo33 account, or assisting any third party in doing so.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated means to place bets, navigate the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or coordinated wagering designed to exploit the platform's pricing or bonus structure.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering or any other illegal source on the bgo33 platform.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving gaming services.
• Accessing the bgo33 platform using a VPN, proxy or any other method intended to disguise your true geographic location in order to circumvent access restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing bgo33 staff or other players through any communication channel.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bgo33 Entertainment Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption or any other financial losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bgo33 platform.

bgo33's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bgo33 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bgo33 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing the platform.

12. Termination & Account Closure

bgo33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal or money laundering activity.
• At bgo33's sole discretion, where continued operation of an account is deemed contrary to the interests of the platform or its players.

Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your nominated payment method after any outstanding KYC or security reviews have been completed.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bgo33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through bgo33's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration body as designated by bgo33 from time to time.

bgo33's internal complaints procedure is as follows: submit your complaint in writing to [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the remedy you are seeking. bgo33 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and issue a final decision within 14 days. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may then escalate to the designated arbitration body.
